A woolly hat every week for a year! Edda Lilja Guðmundsdóttir set herself the target of crocheting or knitting a woolly hat every week throughout 2009, with the condition that no two could be alike and that all were made of wool that she happened to have. She achieved this goal, and has also set her sights high for 2010. She will talk about the 52 woolly hats of yesteryear, show some of them and reveal what her weekly task is for the current year.
Edda Lilja is a trained textile crafts teacher, but has now stopped teaching so as to work full-time at her interests: Freestyle crocheting, knitting, jewellery production, etc.
